Have you worked with trainers and/or therapists and still don't feel that you are getting the results you want? Are you frustrated because you are not getting the one-on-one attention you deserve to achieve your goals?

TRY OUR APPROACH! We offer the following services:

We take a holistic approach. We believe that the source of your problem may not be what you believe, or what you have been told. You may have been treating the symptoms and not the cause. We want to help you feel better !!!

WE WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU!

Once you make your appointment for your fitness evaluation, we'll send you an information packet. By filling out the forms in the packet, you will give us what we need to begin to help you, by identifying potential risk factors as well as helping you identify your needs and goals. .

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation is designed to evaluate your overall flexibility, strength, aerobic testing and posture. This takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete. It is scheduled at your convenience, allowing enough time to discuss your concerns. The evaluation is modified depending on your needs and is carefully designed to give us the insight to design the proper program for you.

Egoscue Postural Evaluation: The Egoscue Method works by returning the body to it's original blue print: the standing normal anatomical position, where all major joints are directly aligned. The program strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper alignment and functioning the way it was designed. Becoming pain free is the goal of the Egoscue Method!

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH HAS WORKED FOR YEARS!

We establish trust to build a lasting relationship. And the best thing is, you will feel stronger and get the results you have always wanted.

"You're an A+ trainer! You have inspired me to make a permanent lifestyle change in both my diet and exercise. I can't believe I've gone from barely running 2 minutes straight, to now over 3 miles with 30% less of me."
