When Norma broke her ankle and was in a cast, she went to a Zumbathon! She continued to teach her seniors during her recovery, cast, boot and all!

  • Teaching senior exercise classes for the past 5 years, since retiring from her full-time employment as a human resources/management policy manager with the Federal government

Pat knows that exercise does wonders for one's physical, as well as mental and emotional state, and enjoys bringing those benefits to the seniors in her classes.
